About Stacy:

Stacy has been on her journey of receiving, learning, and practicing bodywork for decades. In witnessing the changes bodywork made for her own children, beginning as infants, Stacy was moved to learn Dynamic Body Balancing from Dr. Carol Phillips. She then worked closely with other craniosacral therapists to learn and hone her skills. Recently she’s enhanced her offerings by diving into the John Barnes Myofascial Release program. For years, she has helped families experiencing breastfeeding issues with their newborns by applying her skill and intuition. Not only will Stacy help the body become more balanced, she will also teach parents techniques that they can do to help maintain the balance.

… Testimonials …

Stacy Holden’s bodywork has helped my son transition beautifully from newborn to toddlerhood. She is caring, comfortable, accommodating and maternal - yet playful and so fun to talk to! She explains what she’s doing and leaves you with many methods you can safely do yourself. (ex: inversions) After a session it is amazing to watch the unwinding before my eyes. He moves differently – freely – more relaxed. His energy is also clearer, and usually he’s ready for a nice long nap (bonus).

As a first-time mom she also supported ME, from the comfort of my own home, with bodywork, massage, craniosacral and energy clearing. She also gently raised my awareness in areas I was not yet used to tuning in to, one being body mechanics. For instance, she has us observe how we walk up the steps, how we stand at the sink, how we sleep, etc. I’ve learned so much and am constantly making adjustments! I feel more empowered now. I would highly recommend Stacy to you and your family.

Stacy Holden is such a wonderful healer and teacher to work with. Her energy is present, wise, and strong.

I find that often when real healing is taking place it can feel vulnerable, and Stacy provides such a safe container. She is wise and strong, yet tender and disarming with her humor and humility. When working with her, it feels like having help from a big sister or wonderful auntie — she has “been there” and wants us to have all the resources she has.

One of my favorite things about her style is that she is a teacher. She not only handles baby and mama with love and skill and intuition, Stacy also teaches the movements / practices so that the healing work can continue after the session as well.

Due in LARGE part to Stacy's healing work and teaching, my baby recovered quickly to wellness and contentment. Stacy helped more than I could have ever hoped!

Working with Stacy has been an incredible blessing. She pairs amazing skill and expertise with the most gentle, patient, and grounded touch. Every time she works on my little one, I immediately notice better sleep, and an overall more comfortable and happy baby. Regular craniosacral work with Stacy has undoubtedly helped my daughter, and as a doula I will be recommending her services to all of my clients for a smoother, happier postpartum.
