Are you missing your prenatal circle? Join mamas in all stages of mothering to enjoy a class spent supporting, laughing, togetherness, community, strengthening, lengthening, and relaxing. Together we will fill our hearts, find answers, and share our stories.
Each week we will explore a new area of mothering, womanhood, and friendship. Our yoga will be focused on stretches to alleviate the tightness and stress of carrying and nursing babies. We will strengthen our bodies focusing on our core in order to rebuild from the inside out.
Come alone. Come with friends. Enjoy the togetherness of this journey surrounded by the wisdom of so many women sitting around you.
Please consult your doctor before starting a new exercise program. We recommend waiting until 6 weeks postpartum before joining our circle. If you have any concerns or questions, please connect with us.
In order to support all mothers, nursing and pre-mobile babies are welcome to join the circle. We encourage those with older babies to take this time for yourself, to fill your own cup, and bring your refreshed and fulfilled person back to your babe and family.
