Some of you who have been coming to yoga are loving the changes in the movement and in your body and how you think of your movement throught the week. Some of you have wanted the opportunity to explore this new movement more often. I’ve just finished my latest yoga training from Breat of Heart & Bones yoga and I’m psyched to offer more classes to get our bodies moving with more awareness.
