Mamanatal Yoga

Need a night away to focus on yourself? Sitting among other women is the perfect way to re-balance both mentally and physically. We’ll work on mindfully connecting in our bodies, we’ll listen to each other share about our mothering journey and we’ll take time to focus on ourselves as women. This is a mama only class so that we can really take time for ourselves. Cost is $12. Please encourage other mama friends to join!
